We ran our first retreat in November. We have a yoga teacher, a mindfulness instructor and some brilliant cooks in the family so it was inevitable really. We also have a great yoga space in the barn so we offered the B&B rooms and studios to a maximum of 8 guests and delivered a full programme of yoga, meditation and some amazing vegetarian food (plus the odd cocktail thrown in.)
Well everyone said they loved it and we certainly couldn’t have asked for a better inaugural group of retreaters who really got in to the spirit of the weekend.
